Great Smoky Flavor !! Worth The Price !
Ooh ! The aroma when you first open it, is amazing. I added this seasoning to both my chicken burgers and my beef burgers. The first time I used it, I mixed it into the ground meat right before shaping it and cooking it. The second time I used it, I let it sit for few days with the seasoning mixed-in. I didn't taste much difference between the two methods. The third time I used it, I also added in liquid smoke, and I have to say that the burgers tasted much better without it. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. So glad I found it.
