I've always been an indoor cook and wanted to expand my skills to the outdoors so got a grill with both rotisserie and smoker to have some fun options. I'm thrilled that the external thermometer accurately reflects the internal temperature when the lid is closed. So far very happy with the grill itself. Had troubles with damage during shipping but BBQ Guys took care of everything to my satisfaction. Highly recommend both BBQ Guys and the Weber E-470.

Setting up the grill was straight forward. Had a plumber hook up the natural gas line. The grill is amazing. It's engineered with a lot of input from people that barbecue! From the drip pans to the lighted knobbs. The sear section and burners are great. My temperature hit 600 degrees in about seven minutes on the initial bbq. Very nice. Thank you.

Looks great. Cooks great. Has everything the outdoor cook needs. Weber customer service was wonderful.

You lose grill space with the smoker box ! They don't supply you with a grate to fill in the space if you choose not to use the smoker box and remove it!

Replaced my 25 yr old Genesis with this new Summit. Even cooking, great rotisserie (get a rotisserie basket for the BEST wings ever)…. No regrets on spending the money on this grill!

Great Grill having used it 5 times and for one very wet party the grill worked great. Sear station I need to get better at, but the rain did not effect our grilling whatsoever.

this product is great for the money, and quite attractive. the fact it provides real heat, a searing station, and a hide-away rotisserie, just adds to the wide range of capabilities this beautiful unit provides.

I've owned this for over 6 years now, and it was a great decision. It get used at least a couple times a week, all year round, and everything has held up great. Never gets covered and sits outside all year round. A couple of minor parts have broken on me due to heavy use and abuse, and replacements have cost next to nothing and been incredibly easy to swap. This is the kind of grill you buy once and use for the rest of your life. In an era where many appliances feel disposable, it's refreshing to own a product that feels this reliable. Makes you look like a very good cook, too, since the heat is so even and easy to control. Every part of this grill is well engineered and will last years. If you're thinking about a Summit, just go for it. They're worth the extra money.

Grill is top end and really impressed with the exception of the knobs. Have replaced 3 in the first week as they split at the female connection.
