Easy to install and use will continue with web root when it renews

I've had Webroot for many years. It was easy to install. Renewing only requires entering a new key code. It works very well. I've never had any problems.

Webroot is constantly working in the background to keep me safe. I really and trully appreciate the excellent job you guys do, especially with so many ravenous 'ciber wolves' on the prowl. Keep up the excellent work.

Webroot is much better than Norton. Uses less resources on your system and so far, no viruses and malware have gotten through to date. I have used Webroot for 20 years plus.

The product is very good. However, I'm very concerned that I have been charged me twice, firstly on 27 February 2026 and again on 17 March 2026. Please advise me as to how I resolve the problem.

I get a message that threats are detected on my computer and yet they are either not removed or I need to buy another Webroot Program. Just SMH as your antivirus scan should remove all. Maybe you should promote/suggest a combined program at a reasonable rate for customers.

Little confusing to get started but the help people did a great job. Honestly I don't even notice it. The program just does it thing and lets me kno w if there is issues

My family and I heard about Webroot from word of mouth, as well as having bought it last year. Simply put, It's one of the best antivirus protections on the internet right now. It's simple to install, doesn't take up much space on your drive, and doesn't interfere with our everyday lives. Now we have reinstated our subscription earlier this year and it's still just as great. I even got my mother added to help with her at workdesk! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheap and powerful Antivirus subscription.

I had a computer image failure, this product couldn't make it harder to reinstall. The Web Portal, which should make things easier was a Carbonite/Webroot page, using the worst from both companies. Modern security doesn't need to be like this. I have three licenses and eight seats, I couldn't log in. I had to take the key from another seat to install it.

I paid for a subscription to Webroot, but it is nowhere to be found on my computer. Some unrequested "Fortect" is, however now on this computer. I did not download it. I do not want it. But there it is. I will not renew what is now my phantom subscription to Webroot. In fact, I believe I should be due a refund for unused, disappeared software.
