I have had Webroot for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. When I first purchased it my son's computer had a virus, the program I was using knew it was there but couldn't remove it. Webroot removed it easily. It is a well designed and easy to use product. I am always confident with Webroot Secure Anywhere.

I have been safe and protected using this product. All of my online searches have been protected. As well as I have been notified when a threat arise.

I was recommended Webroot by an old friend 20 years ago, and it's still going strong and working great. It blocks spam, viruses, and sets a firewall. It also allows me to get rid of unwanted clutter with the optimization tool. It works as it's supposed to.

I cannot remove the renew subscription notice from the Webroot screen when I pull up the app, even though it indicates over 300 days remaining. I this persists I will not renew in the future.

As far as I can tell no malware has slipped through my webroot defenses. My only criticism is with administration. I supposedly have licenses for five devices, but every device I have ever had this software on and replaced is still in my list with no way to delete them.

Long time customer (10-11 years). Renewal should have been easy and seamless; it was not!! For almost a month after product renewed, it still was not working. Constant reminders that product had to be renewed before it would scan even though it had been. Would not scan; wouldn't do anything. After several emails and a phone call (where rep hung up on me), I finally figured out what had to be done and did it. So it's working and scanning as it should. A blip, but one that almost cost company a customer.

My problem with the program is all the junk it does NOT remove from my computer. It cleans but not completely. I bought Window Washer from you years ago. A really GREAT cleaning program...one of the best I have ever used. I still have to use it. After I use Complete to clean my computer I have to run Washer to clean all the junk left behind. Please bring Washer back or make Complete more complete to REALLY clean.

Great product but poor support and sales. You have to pay through some other company, support is impossible to get except through slow Web chat functionality in another website again. These guys made a great product and now they are only milking milking milking it. Typically lazy American way of doing business.

I was a previous customer of Webroot and had been using this produce for many years and was always very happy with the product. However, when I had a problem with Webroot I couldn't get any help - not on the website or in trying to contact the company. I finally gave up trying to reconcile the problem and switched to another antivirus provider. After a short time with the new program I began having problems and had to take my laptop to the Geek Squad to get it cleaned up. When I asked them to recommend an antivirus program they suggested Webroot. At that point I decided to try them once more. I now have them on both of our laptops and my PC. So far, all is good except now I am getting warnings that I have registry issues. I don't know how to resolve these new issues so I will keep trying to get them fixed. After that happens I hope to give Webroot 5 stars, but I'm still in the "waiting" mode

Recently at end of running system analyzer A warning appeared “system routine needs attention” I neither geek squad nor Webroot on line service could fix. Wedroot tech installed new copy of Webroot anywhere . Still getting message at end of running system analyzer. Some routines cannot connect to Webroot spyware anywhere. ANY ONE HAVE SIMILAR MESSAGE?
