I recently renewed my Webroot subscription because Webroot has successfully protected my personal computers for several years without failure. It runs behind the scenes and doesn't affect my any of my computer's performance. It's very user friendly. Scans are quick and easy, as is the optimization tool.

Being a Webroot customer for many years, I enjoy the security on my computer. You do a great job at protecting my information.

Webroot is a quality product that keeps my computer safe. I do a lot of work on the computer and I find webroot outstanding protection. Had it for years and wont change.

We have been using Webroot since 2011,before then Norton.I happen to buy my wife ,my son and also myself new labtops that year and they came with Webroot.Well now, it didn't take us long to see Webroot was a superor product .quick and highly suffcient protecting and keeping not only our labtops but also our desktop clean and virus-free continuing alerting us to potentially dangerous sites.Webroot is the best ever.There are no other products for my family that works as awesomely excellent as Webroot.They are the Best.

WebRoot dashboard is a great tool. Suspicious email from a fake “Social Security” address. WebRoot verified no adverse action was taken by the phishing emailer. To be certain, the tech specialist sent clear instructions how to create weblogs and send directly to Web root for analysis. Realistically the whole review and closure took a couple of days. This is very fair. The process /results were reassuring.

I cannot remove the renew subscription notice from the Webroot screen when I pull up the app, even though it indicates over 300 days remaining. I this persists I will not renew in the future.

Everything is fine except my previous version had about one month remaining and it didn't allow me to extend my subscription by that amount like it did last year.

Price is good, scans are always available and Webroot does its job. Getting ordered, finding your code AND having instructions on how and where to apply that to get the subscription up and running is NOT GOOD.

Have had it for for a number of years was hack this last year which it did not even let me know I had an issue my computer phone and all had issues very bad issue after cleaning the system I never received any information that I may have an issue so am very skeptical again

I renewed my subscription and it won't work. I tried the help line and that was a waste. So I am without protection!
