Excellent product, I have been using now for many years and zero issues. Over about 10 years, 3 false positives during this time. One real virus/phishing app on Android pjone identified, further zero virus or cyber attack issues experienced. Light on resources, I would highly recommend your product.

Reliable, cost effective, easy to follow and always there. This is what I expect and Webroot meets or beats those expectations every day. I am not tech savey and don't have to be because Webroot has thought of everything. They even offer a product that cleans my hard drive so my laptop runs faster. What's not to love!

I've been told that Webroot isn't 'strong enough' for today's viruses/troublemaking problems. It's strong enough for me. I'm a writer (40 years, 88+ books)--have used Webroot from the first time it was available. Have never had a virus on any of my computers. It's quiet, works inobtrusively, just plain gets the job done and it's inexpensive. A+

My experience with Webroot has been very positive. All the background stuff is done seamlessly with no lag time like other virus protections I have used.

I used one credit card that I thought was denied. I used another credit card that was accepted. When I got my statements back it showed both cards were accepted.on 4-11-26 was from Up connection. The other credit card was from US Bank on 4 -11-26.I should have two years of service instead of one.Let me know what's going on. Thank You

I don't like that it asks me Many times Do I want to Block, allow once or allow always. I thought Webroot knew what was safe. I get nervous when I have to choose.

With new renewal , why am I getting multiple crap invading my computer with messages like you have various viruses , with some starting a scan of theirs. Shouldn't my Webroot be blocking this stuff.

Although a repeated check via the website confirms that I have renewed my subscription to Webroot, I keep getting EMAILS telling me that it has expired and that I need to renew. No, I don't. And telling Webroot (also via email) that this is happening has not prompted any Webroot living human to override the computer program (or hacker?) that's sending out the emails saying I need to renew. WRONG!

I payed several times and the contenustion of my protection KEEPS telling me it has expired. I even upgraded and ask and PAID for another service you provide. I am ver unhappy about help understanding how to keep up with the basic protection and the extra stuff I pade for again.????????????????? NOT HAPPY. Just old and confused.

I was billed four times for the same item. I noted the double billing and contacted service. They agreed to reimburse the second billing and did but billed me again. I once again contacted them and they agreed to reimburse the third billing and did, but the next day billed me again. So I again contacted they and they did say they would reimburse me. I am waiting for that, but at least they have billed me again at this date
