Wechef 3500W 24" Electric Countertop Griddle Flat Top Commercial Restaurant BBQ Grill

Wish I had purchased this years ago. I have used the full size griddles in my restaurants for years but when I retired 10 years ago it never dawned on me to buy a small unit for the home. It is so useful, I use it every day for most of my cooking. I even do my Asian, Mexican and seafood cooking on the griddle. The purchase of a steamer cap was very helpful along with a wooden crape kit.

The grill was very difficult to get the anti-rust oil, protective film with safety sticker instructions all off. But the hassle of that was quickly forgotten; My first cooking results and future meals are 110% worth it. I cooked eight, 1/2 lb burgers, 4 at a time with lots of room on the grill. WOW AMAZING. This grill is built to last, solid/heavy and easy to clean. Can't wait to cook beef fajitas. Where have you been all my life!!!!

Fantastic grill that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great machine.The amount of cooking space is awesome as you can cook breakfast for many at one time. I am very pleased with its functionality and quality you will not be disappointed with this product.

Living in an apartment you can't have charcoal or propane BBQ. I thought I'd give this flat top a try. Needless to say I love it! Steaks, eggs, hasbrowns, veggies, you name it, this does it. Maintains all over heat. Easy to clean, once you season it. You can get a nice char on Meat. Perfect for our pato apartment.

Does everything it's expected to! Very well made. Season it with flaxseed oil: smear on a thin layer, and then wipe off (some will remain) turn on high for an hour, let cool for 2 hours, repeat 6 times to give the griddle a semi nonstick surface. Always wipe the griddle top with any oil after each use to prevent to rust, and always cook with oil in addition to the seasoning. Enjoy!

I bought this item for my wife and she absolutely loves it. The food cooked on it is delicious and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hibachi type grill at home.

Great grill for a small space. I use it at my restaurant for 9 hours a day at 350°. Other than an occasional thermostat swap. (Which is easy. I posted pics) This grill is a great buy. I also own the large size of this model.

I really like the easy if use and ease of cleaning. It really doesnt smoke much. I was expecting it to why cooking. I havent cooked hamburger meat yet but I have made bacon. Really am enjoying it.

Very happy with the griddle have to allow time to reach cooking temp around 15mins center hot spot but it works. I would recommend this to anyone who has a food truck or a outside kitchen as I use for short order breakfast and flattop cooking on weekend
