this is a great fryer for home use. I was in the restaurant business and this has a great recovery time on the heat of the oil. easy to clean two thermostats really great fryer for the money

We used these for a station in the ballroom. They performed perfectly. two things: 1)The fryers arrived partially disassembled with loose nuts and bolts in the vats. it was easy to figure out where they went but it was a hassle to fix. 2)When ordering the fryers I could not get a commitment as to when they would be delivered. Only a range. I almost didn't order them as the range included days after the event I was purchasing the fryers for. but they did arrive days before the event. Used it a couple of times and I'm very happy with its performance. It was a little bigger than I expected so storage was a slight issue. But after a couple of "move this here" and " this can go here" the problem was solved. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We are so pleased with our purchase of this deep fryer. Very well made and we love the temperature setting rather than having to use a thermometer. It's just the right size and is actually easy to clean. The drain spout on the front makes cleanup a breeze. Would recommend this to anyone who loves to fry at home saving money, and knowing that your oil is fresh. (Unlike the restaurants that only change out the oil once or twice a week).

One of the best counter top deep fryers on the market. .Great heat time and recovery.Temperature gauge is reliable and all stainless steel witch is easy to clean . A valuable unit at this price point.

I have purchased this for a Christmas present for my son. He has been wanting this for a long time. I hope it meets all his expectations. Check with me after Christmas and I'll let you know.

Like the way it does not get so hot that it steams yo the kitchen. Cooks at a nice temperature. Will be easy to clean with the spigot to empty grease. I like the temp and timer feature also. Easy to set up.

This unit does get up too 350 degrees and more. Cover does not fit flat over handle when frying. No insrtuctions on how to fit handle securely. No handles to pick unit up. Other than those minuses it will fry your food. I use an immersion thermometer to monitor temps. Thermostat is marked in celsius. Because it does get up to 350 degrees and higher, I do recommend it as a home fryer.

Like-Well made. Heats up quickly. Drains easily. Dislike- Power and Heat lights are to dim. Un usable in outdoor setting. Basket needs to be larger to take full advantage of oil container. Rubber feet mark any surface it touches. splash shield does not completely cover ore seal the oil tank. Flying insect will contaminate oil when unattended could use a window and filtered vents on lid
