(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this dryer last month to replace a Whirlpool one I had for 17 years. I love the big digital display that I can read at a distance and the tune it plays when I start it up. I'm still learning about all the settings, but it does a great drying job.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've only had the dryer for 3 weeks but it is working well...definitely a bit of a learning curve with the digital controls but it comes with a quick instruction page. It has a large drum so can dry large items.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great product having no problem with dryer.easy to operate
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the dryer a month ago and it works great! Thank you, Whirlpool!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great dryer machine! Quiet operation and effective options/modes. Can easily keep up to our laundry volume of 4-5 loads per week. Con: I find that drying time needs to be extended when drying heavier items.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like this dryer. It is stylish and has lots of options for different ways to dry your clothing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because sometimes the dryer stops drying because the sensor says everything is dry - but things like hoodies are still damp - so I have to reset and continue to dry.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Disappointing performance. Dryer takes over an hour to dry items on the highest "dryness" setting. More than once I have had to run the cycle a second time for complete dryness. I only purchased this one because I got the matching washer a few years ago. Would not recommend.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this unit a few weeks ago and find it is far too complex for its own good. Instead of being simple with 3 temperature options and either timed dry or type of fabric dry it has a myriad of options and combinations with the upshot that they do not dry as well as a simple timed dry. and I am yet to achieve a proper dry using the selection buttons!
Dryer cycle stops before laundry is dry. I had a technician inspect the unit, which is brand new, and he told me that for optimal drying results, there should be at least 8-10lb of laundry. This is ridiculous and there is nowhere in the owner's manual or quick start guide that states this requirement. All this tells me is that the “Advanced Moisture Sensing” feature is a lie.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I wish I had never bought this dryer. Today I started it on a regular cycle, 127 minutes. I went out for an hour and came back and checked to see if the dryer was working and the clothes were cool. I took the temperature of the drum, 74F. I usually only put half of the load in this dryer at any one time because the clothes will not be dry. The best result is if I use the timed dry setting. I am very disappointed. Many settings are almost 2 hours long. Nobody has time for this.
