Leaves me feeling good
I have tried other stronger and more expensive brands of manuka honey, but the Wedderspoon KFactor 12 is my favorite. I put one-half to one teaspoon in my afternoon tea. It tastes good and gives me a boost of energy and sense of well-being.

THE BEST HONEY
My first taste of this honey revealed that the honey I had been buying was akin to sugar water. No other honey compares, unless, perhaps, if it's from your own hive.

Healthy addition
The honey is a little strong in the taste, but has many healthy attributes. I would not like the taste as my usual go to honey, but I would recommend it as a healthful addition to your diet.
