My 2 1/2 year old grandbaby loves it! She plays her games on it. Helping her to have good educational content. You do have to download your own games and learning Apps. One thing I do wish it had was a stand in the back. Overall, its a real tablet, real Internet usage, etc.

I like what I bought from u but delivery service is poor how can u just telling someone , that ur order should be arrived at i8pm and it arrived at 5pm and instead of dropping it infront of my own door, u just dropping it outside which is very easy to be picking and steal that's not fear , now am at work back at 7.30 there is no way I can get it . Anyway I'm not happy about it I can't just waste money buying something for my kids and put outside for people around that's not working to steal it

The form factor and protection are excellent. I love the rubber exterior. The main problem is that this tablet is SOOOOOOOOOOO slow that it's unusable. Simply switching screens are pressing buttons takes forever. We use it for watching YouTube videos because that's about all it can do without being so frustrating to use. The other problem is that the charging port seems to have broken. From the very start, it would only work with a few USB-C chargers. Now, it's so bad that it's no longer charging.

the tablet I bought has not been charged since I received it so it makes it difficult for us to use it, I need to return it and add the money for another tablet if possible please

I i bought 2 tablets at the same time. One work and the other one don't. It won't come back on. i gave a Christmas gifts. now the tablet don't even work.

My son used it for literally 10mins and it shut off, won't turn back on, won't indicate it's charging when it's plugged in. No “fixes” I can find are working for it.

We have not been able to get this to work since taking it out of the box. Unfortunately, it was gifted after the return window so we are stuck with a $50 paper weight
