Can't recommend these enough! I imagine these would be wonderful for kids hands, but as someone who has hand conditions that makes holding regular all metal cutlery quite painful, these are an absolute godsend too! 10/10 wouldbuy again

This silverware is actually for me as an adult! I have autism and for some autistic folks that comes with a condition called allodynia which means that some sensory input like the edges of normal metal silverware is painful to me. Long story short I should've gotten a set like this years ago! The soft silicone handles are just wonderful to grip, caused me zero pain, and the metal parts of the silverware are perfect as well for my needs. For reference, though I do have smaller hands as an adult, so this may not work for someone who has larger hands. But I also imagine that these would be fantastic as cutlery options for children, roughly ages 5 to 7 and upwards. Zero regrets! And I'm actually about to order my second set.

This is a very well made set for older preschool children - maybe 4-5 years old. It was a little larger than I expected so I will wait to give it to my 2 year old granddaughters.
