Great addition to any home gym

Kelle July 22, 2020

This was the best investment we made in our home gym. The incline option is great not only for dumbbells exercise but we've added GHD situps to our WODs and it has been challenging. It takes two people to assemble just to help hold the pieces in place, but it's doable.

Great bench

Linda August 1, 2020

My husband is very pleased with this purchase. It was easy to put together. Fortunately, we have an Allen wrench set, if not, it wold have been a problem. Overall, the bench is sturdy, and the adjustable position is a plus.

Think twice before purchase

BillBCool May 18, 2021

I read some other reviews where the buyer liked the item. I, however, am disappointed. Seems like backrest and seat needs to be a bit wider, and longer by a few inches. I'm 5'8, and getting my body on the bench, especially in the decline, was painful with the foam under my knees, and a little unstable to get on. I removed the knee foam pads, and placed a towel over the edge of the seat - that almost worked. But my knees slid sideways when I tried to use it. During assembly, it is shown that the wide sides of the seat and backrest are together. I reversed the seat so wide side is under my knees. Only then I could use it. I really wonder if Weider had personnel try this, or any of their items, prior to putting it on the market?

Good adjustable slant bench

Dennis October 4, 2020

This is a pretty good, basic adjustable slant weight bench. It's a bit clunky to adjust, but gets the job done. The downside is that the bench length is too short. When you sit down on the bench, whether laying flat or adjusted in a sitting position, the bench is not long enough to support your head.

Not for anyone over 5 feet 5 inches

Jve November 27, 2020

We are hoping it will work out. Bought for my 5 foot 10 inch son and the bench is too short when he lies back. His head falls in an awkward position of off the bench all together.

Carmine May 27, 2021

The bench is extremely shaky and the seat and back support is thin wood which has “cracking” noises if you try to use for push ups. I took a video and sent it to the manufacturer and received a simple response to be sure it was assembled correctly without mention of the video I sent

For a tiny people or kids .

Sam November 8, 2022

It's better before your purchase it , try it . It's a small bench., only design for a short people, 150" or shorter . When you try to set down on it , your butt will be exactly in the middle of the 2 pieces of the bench . Also of you want to push your legs between the sponges, it's very narrow, almost my 2 knees touching each others . Not recommended. You got what you paid.

BOTTOM LINE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE!

Gloria July 27, 2020

If I can give it less than 1 star, I would. What a joke! I guess you get what you paid for! LESSON LEARNED. Where do I start? The seat sits far away from the back, so your butt is lying on the steel bracket. You have to be VERY FLEXIBLE to get your legs around the top foam pads and bottom pads. This is not for someone who cannot bend knees that far back. I expected the cushions to be thin, that's fine. I could live with that, but the fact that my tailbone is sitting on steel and I'm unable to use the leg supports, is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed and surprised at Joe Weider's product. He use to be the best years ago. This is unusable by me and TOO hard to return. I'm not paying for shipping back. Not sure how I'll use it. RIGHT NOW IT IS NO USE TO ME.! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE. (unless you're buying for a child!!
