This is my 2nd DVD purchase by Curtis %26 it doesn't disappoint
Very easy to follow but gets the heart pumping
Curtis Adams does a great job in these dvd exercises. This set says it comes with a workout band but there wasn't one. I emailed the company to see what they have to say. I would of given 5 stars but no band.
