I absolutely love this weighted vest! It's incredibly easy to put on and take off, which makes it perfect for quick walks or workouts. The weight feels evenly distributed, and it's very comfortable on my shoulders—even during longer wear. I also love how compact it is; it doesn't feel bulky or get in the way while moving around. Definitely one of my favorite fitness purchases!

Love this vest, though i wish it could tighten more across the chest, as it feels a little loose. But overall such a great investment. I feel stronger after only a few weeks.

The vest is very comfortable to wear. It is heavier than I had anticipated. I had thought the 20 pounds would be under performing, but it actually is too heavy for me and it is the recommended weight class for my weight, i haven't figured out how to remove the weights but I think because of the comfort fit and quality of the vest that I would recommend it.

8 lbs is a good weight to start, I can feel it without straining my shoulders. I like that it's more like a harness than a hot vest.

Great weight to start working out with

Great material. Bought my wife and I one. Highly recommend. The only down side is it's no pockets on the vest in the front!

Fits well and exactly what I was looking for

This vest is well made however the design places pressure in many places on the body because the weight is “rounded” into sections instead of having a smoother flat design that lays evenly.

The vest is great I just don't like the stretchy strap on top other than that it's great
