Wide works for me
The wide tape stripe works better than the narrow stripe. It stays in place. I put it around my tub after my husband put new flooring down. So far so good !

Good option
I used this as a flooring trim. My space is very curvy and wood was impossible. Needed a bit extra adhesive but worked great.

Thought I would have more time...
I had high hopes - once water gets in the buckle area as previous gentleman stated, its a short while for done deal. Mold starts to develop and other than ripping it out, you're buying time. I was doing just that to fix it proper (btw, I don't have a/c either). This is summer time August 2018. It did what I purchased it for, but like I said, I thought I would have more time.
