Make sure you research BFR training safety first
Been strength training for the past year with free weights but i like mixing up my routines so I gave BFR training a try. So glad that I did. After using these the past six weeks i definitely feel and see the results. 3X the total reps at lifting only 40% of my conventional 1 rep max and "the pump" is totally Terminator. Definitely making bigger and faster gains. MAKE SURE TO RESEARCH BFR TRAINING SAFETY BEFORE STARTING THIS TYPE OF TRAINING.
