I keep bottles of red grape sparkling juice on hand for all our big family events. It's the perfect non-alcoholic option that still feels like a celebration. Everyone gets to toast to the occasion. The flavor is really bold and rich, and the carbonation is just right—those little bubbles give you a nice tickle on the nose without being too sharp. I've found that while it can be pricey at times, stocking up during holiday sales is the way to go. You can drink it at room temperature, but it is 100% better if you let it get ice-cold in the fridge first. One thing I love to do is garnish the outside of a champagne glass with some fresh fruit to give it a really classy look, or in the punch bowl. Since it's in a standard 25.4 oz glass bottle, it looks great as a centerpiece and even fits into a gift box if you need a quick host present.

We don't buy these often because they're a bit on the pricey side, but they're perfect for holiday meals or special occasions. Since we don't drink alcohol, this is a great way to add a more upscale feel to the table. The red grape flavor is really good, and the sparkling aspect makes it feel like a treat. Definitely something we enjoy bringing out for special meals.

I am not generally a fan of sparkling juice because it burns the roof of my mouth. But these were nice as the toasting drinks for a wedding I was part of. Ah! Prepositions are not words I end sentences with-!!

Welch's sparking grape juice for holiday celebration was sale priced at Walmart during the Thanksgiving holiday season in 2025. Juice is sealed well in glass bottle and is carbonated. A popular drink for the holidays when drinking wine is not needed. I ordered over a dozen bottles online and picked them up at a local store.

We actually buy sparkling juice pretty often because my fiancé likes to take breaks from liquor sometimes, so this became one of our go to alternatives. The flavor is good, the price is usually decent, and I LOVE that Welch's gives you more flavor options than Martinelli's. If you don't like heavy carbonation, this may honestly be perfect for you. It's smoother and easier to drink. For us personally though, Martinelli's still tastes more premium and authentic. Welch's gives more “kid celebration juice” vibes while Martinelli's feels more like a true sparkling cider experience. That's literally the only reason I took away 1 star. That said, if Martinelli's isn't available or we just need something quick from Walmart, we'll absolutely grab Welch's again with no problem. At the end of the day, neither one is really “healthier” than the other, so I'd honestly say try both and see which team you're on 😂

( B) I don't consume alcohol so i have to get crafty with Mocktails. I love Welch's Sparkling juice because it reminds me of a sweet red wine or Sangria. I actually use it to make non alcoholic sangrias. If you do consume alcohol it makes a great Sangria or Tropical drink mixer. It has a fruity , sweet fruit taste and the sparkling aspect is not overwhelming or cause a burning sensation. It is also delicious just to pour a glass straight from the bottle. Great value, good quality

Very good product, but the bottle cap is often frustrating. Sometimes it opens easily on the first try. Purchasing the same product a few weeks later, the cap is nearly impossible to open, even with a very firm grip.

The cases arrived all sticky. One of the bottles was smashed and leaking through the box, some others were scratched up. I ordered these for a birthday party, and we had to repurpose because we didn't have enough as we initially planned. This is no hate to Welch's sparkling cider, we know it's good and that's why we ordered so much, but the shipping experience was horrible. Never actually had something as bad as this happen to me before and I hope it never happens again.
