Great toner from neutralising

sofiamo5 October 4, 2021

Great toner from neutralising brassy tones Leaves my hair look great for weeks after using the toner really doesn't fade much and is very long lasting. Wouldn't be without a collection in my cupboard it's my go to hair toner.

Works great when used correctly

Geoboz September 30, 2020

Look, if you follow the directions, toners work! They should only be used to correct bleached hair with a 10 volume developer, which only deposits toning with no lifting. You have to get to the right level of lightness with bleach for toners to work. With that in mind, you have to match the bleached level to the toner level. For example, if you bleach your hair to a level 9, then you need to use a level 9 toner to correct the brassiness of the bleach.

Took a chance - loved it!

Barb99 November 25, 2020

I read SO many reviews/watched videos before trying T18 on my brown hair w/ blonde highlights. Did highlights myself, didn't leave bleach on long enough, ended up with brassy orange highlights. I was so scared that T18 would turn my highlights white, or lighten my brown base colour. Finally did it this week and I love it. I mixed it with a 20 developer, left it in for 20 mins (could have gone another 10 mins) and my highlights turned a very natural ashy blonde that blended really well with my base colour. They darkened a bit, which for me was great. In case you're not sure whether to try it, I say go for it. So glad I did! Also - only used about a third of the bottle so more for next time!

Ling lasting most natural looking hair color

Judy June 4, 2017

I have been using this hair color for about 20 years. I find it high quality, easy to apply, and the most natural looking color. My daughter has had color done in salons at a much higher cost. I recently did her hair with wells, and her hair color now is very close to her natural color again. She was amazed

Amazing!

Tiara June 8, 2020

I bleached my hair to lift the semi permanent color from it. My hair turned bright highlighter pink!!! Luckily I had Wella T14 toner tucked away. It got rid of the pink and toned my hair so beautifully to an ash blonde color that is perfect for my skin tone!!!

T18

Jess77 October 2, 2019

I did not have a change to go to the salon for a touch up, so I decided to try it myself. After much reviews and tutorials, I chose to go with T18. My original hair is color is a level one with a balayage of levels 6-10. This product was easy to mix and apply with great results. I was able to remove the brass and achieve the ashy tones that my stylist was not able to. The only down side is length of wear. It has been about 2 weeks since the application and I am almost back to brass.

Love T18, but it doesn't last

RMyers12 February 13, 2018

I'm 50 and have been coloring my hair from light brown to blonde since I was 15. I'm now starting to get some grays and love using T18 to tone down the gold, but with it being a Toner (even permanent) doesn't last more than 2 weeks. Anyone have any suggestions?

Bring back my old 911!

Lauren April 24, 2019

I have used the 911 for years and loved it. Then it changed to 9N, still good. My most recent purchase was of 9NN. There were no other options in the 9 series so I assumed (silly me) that this was again a label change, not a product change. Product looked different coming out of the bottle and I now have light orange hair! Yuck!

Qu

Quality control I started using only Wella products about 4 years ago. It was introduced and suggested to me by a hair stylist who used to dye my hair. At that time, it was only possible to purchase individual components and the boxed product became available about a year ago. I have been buying the boxed product and doing myself since then. In the past month I have purchased and used 3 boxes. Same color as always; however, not the same results. The first one turned my roots purple. The second box also turned purple in the bowl so I didn't try to use it. The third didn't turn purple so I applied it. I am not too sure what I would call this color but it is not a color that I want to have on my head or anything like what is on the box. Is this the quality of product which I can expect in Mexico or is this type of thing happening elsewhere????
