they are very effective and I feel better using them
Dissolve s quick in water and tastes great.
The tablet creates a very fresh tasting water. I am just disappointed that sometimes it doesn't fully dissolve.
These do not dissolve completely in the designated time. And there is a metallic aftertaste that is bothersome to me. Can't say that I saw any benefit from the limited use I've made of this product. Will update this review if that changes. But getting past that aftertaste makes me avoid taking it.
I dont think they really helped at all
not really what I expected. I quit drinking after my stomach started giving me a few problems.
After 30 days of taking this supplement first thing in the morning at least 20 minutes before any other food or drink, I did not notice any difference in my energy level or digestion.
The taste and smell are nauseating. The tablet did not dissolve well so I used a knife to break it up. I am very disappointed.
