After doing some research on the benefits of Vitamin E, I found the one with higher Tocotrienol, would be right for me, and that Vitamin E has many more expected benefits than is listed on the bottles of any brand. I have been looking for this formula, it supports health for brain and skin and is a great antioxidant. By the end of my first bottle, I am feeling more active and up to tackling projects. As for the brand - Wellness Extract, it is the first time I have tried one of their products and am pleased with the apparent quality and it is also a good price. I'm using this supplement for medical reasons. But I have noticed changes in my skin, particularly around my eyes and forehead. It definitely helps with fine wrinkles and dark circles! This wasn't what I was originally expecting, but here it is! I definitely recommend this product for both liver and skin health!
