No Communication Over Order; Walmart Refunded Me
I ordered this and then the shipping label was cancelled on the day it was to be shipped. Recv'd email saying order was delayed. A few days later a box of Tiger Balm heat patches arrived in the mail with no shipping papers. No name in return address. I had to figure out it was from seller as the USPS shipping label was generated in the same town as the cancelled Well Patch shipping label. Contacted seller that a replacement was not acceptable and that I wanted a refund. Would be happy to ship Tiger Balm patch back at their expense. Never heard from seller. After about 5 days, I contacted the automatic Walmart.com help center. I got a refund. Would not buy from this seller again.
