These migraine pads are very helpful. The cooling sensation they provide really helps when I'm suffering from a headache. They don't smell like menthol, either. The only downside comment I would make is that sometimes they can fall off; but that's not a terrible thing as you don't want a strong adhesive on your forehead. I definitely would (and have) buy again.
Gets rid of most of my headaches!!
This was an awesome cooling patch for my forehead during an agonizing migraine! It didn't make the migraine go away but definitely was a relief for my forehead pain!

Product was delivered in good shape and in a timely manner. It was a good experience to shop with Walmart
They seem to like over my forehead and the residue seeps in to my mouth.
Misleading description. They mentioned “comes in a bundle of 16 patches. What I received a pouch of 4 patches. When I scan the product with Walmart app, it shows the price $4.99 but I paid $9.17 This is unacceptable.
