I had tried to take the acv before. Tried just the tablespoon full and mixing with water. I like sour stuff but after a while the liquid was just too much! I really like this. Pure Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies much easier than liquid apple cider vinegar. That I can not stand the smell of. These gummies are so much easier to take and they actully taste like apples. But when you first open the container you are hit with a strong vinegar smell that is slightly fruity the vinegar smell seems to go away within a few seconds. The taste is actully really good. The best about this is the flavor. I could pop these like candy. To smell the whole bottle you could detect apple cider vinegar but individually two do not smell like them. The texture is great too.
