Wells Lamont Men's Leather Work Gloves with Adjustable Wrist, Palm Patch, Cowhide

These gloves saved my hands. My roses puncture the cloth gloves, and often the thorns have soil-based fungal spores that puncture my fingers and thus inject the spores under my skin. I end up with a nasty rash that requires use of an anti-fungal cream, and I have to apply it at least three times per day for 2 months to heal. No more. I used these gloves, and I could still use the pruning shears with dexterity. The gloves did not get in the way of my ability to move quickly and grasp as I used the shears. These gloves protect your hands.

My husband goes through a lot of work gloves (being an iron worker) and these are an affordable version of what we were buying before. Because of the nature of his work he is pretty rough on gloves but he finds these comfortable and prefers them to the brand he used to use.

My daughter uses these work gloves when she goes on mission trips to the Dominican Republic (this is her 3rd trip). They do a lot of physical labor, building a church, moving rock and gravel, etc. and she find these gloves are soft to the touch, but plenty strong for the work load...and the price is great!

Size reference: I wear a woman's extra large in gloves and these gloves fit nicely. The item is well-made they might be small for a mans large in gloves. I love the gloves are really nice and they are protecting my hands.

These gloves are just perfect for yard work. Thick leather and comfortable. And the price it just right. I was pretty tired of thorns and the Iike piercing through my old gloves. No chance with these. Highly recommend.

My husband does a lot of work outside and always uses the Wells Lamont Grain Cowhide Work Gloves for everything he does. I buy them all the time for him. I was surprised though that taxes were charged for clothing on line. Still a bargain at the sale price.

I hand picked this pair of gloves for a gift for my Husband. He likes all leather and this was the best pair from the lot.

Wow I've seen these for twice the price! Buy them if you you need them!

I ordered 3 pairs as I had difficulty finding the style that employs the strap/ball to secure the gloves to the wrist and decided to get some spares. Two of the three pairs were fairly supple, but the 3rd pair was made of much thicker leather and was very stiff. On one of the "supple" pairs the ball was not attached to the strap, so I returned that pair via my local store and kept the other two (one soft/supple, one thick/stiff).

They were as I had imagined a good pair of working gloves. They were soft to the touch. Very nice.
