I can finally stay asleep!

Jason December 25, 2024

Excellent product. I struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep, often waking up several times in the middle of the night. This helped to actually stay asleep and wake up feeling rested. I have 3 kids and haven't rested in years, lol. This has been a lifesaver.

I really love Sleep Support (repurchased twice)

Mika March 17, 2025

Works every night, I really love this product! I've taken different popular supplements over the years but I always woke up feeling groggy. That grogginess w ooh of last almost the whole day and really impact my focus at work. The sleep support supplement works incredibly well and really helps me prepare for bed to fall asleep and stay asleep. I love it. I first received the product as a free trial. I purchased a full bottle and was so disappointed when I ran out, I bought again and go two bottles. I would love to sample other products from this brand, I really believe they use a great formula and quality of ingredients.

If you're not getting enough sleep, take one of th

bembel651c_7675 June 22, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally don't take this because it gave me rare dreams. I did go ahead and take it and I must say it did give me a little weird dreams. What I actually went to sleep and I love it, and for some strange reason, it lasted in my system for 2 days. So I'm glad I did tried it. I love it so now I'm gonna really start taking it every other night. Not every night, but every other night, I will take it so do I recommend it to Family and friends. I do recommend that family and friends. Try it You have a problem. I'm falling asleep as some people brain do not know how to shut off at night when it's time to sleep. Take one of those thirty to sixty minutes prior to you, going to bed, you will love it.Thank me later

A pretty decent sleep aid

christik62417_3108 February 3, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several "sleep support" aids over the years. I was happy to try this one. What I liked: all the ingredients it does NOT contain. I love that these are veggie capsules and not made with gelatin, which is an intolerance of mine. I try to avoid it. I also loved that I don't feel groggy the morning after taking. A lot of other aids don't have this effect. I honestly don't think they really "knocked me out", but I definitely felt more relaxed when it was time to settle in for bed. Considering the cost, I don't think my results were brilliant enough to justify purchasing these again.

Effective sleep aid

grrracen_2643 June 12, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to be an effective sleep aid. When taken an hour or two before bed, I felt sleepier and found winding down easier. Plus it didn't make me feel groggy waking up. If I was particularly stressed, it didn't make a big difference but on an average night, it worked well. I also like the packaging and label.

Sound asleep through the night

jkbthatsme_6485 May 3, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even when I fall asleep easily, I usually wake up in the middle of the night. This is the first melatonin product that actually helps me stay asleep all night. I love that it also has L-theanine and ashwagandha—it feels like it calms my whole system down, not just knocks me out.

Big pills decent results

misshissyfit_8916 June 27, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pills are on the larger size so if your not a fan of big pills this will not be for you. The results are decent when taken right before bed. It will provide a little bit of relaxation but I wouldn't say it will knock you out. It doesn't leave you with any foggy feeling with you wake up. Overall if the pills were smaller I could see using this but for me it just wasn't a good fit.

Hopeful but letdown

maggiemayeb_6670 April 30, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this supplement, because I am a light sleeper that wakes up to almost any nose (including snoring, ugh). The first time I took this supplement, I was out cold within 30 minutes tops, but after just a couple of hours of sleep, I was awake every hour until I got up. This was worse than my normal sleep quality. The second time I took it, I didn't fall asleep for over two hours and I didn't stay awake for more than 45 minutes before I was awake again; same as last time, I was awake every hour. I know some people that have loved this product, but unfortunately, I either have a sensitivity to some of the ingredients or it just doesn't work well for me, as I did not achieve the desired results.
