Cleared up the problem after a week. I use it every night, once a day, and I have had no more problems with redness, swelling, tearing, or sagging. Great product! Using the product is cumbersome at first because it's imperative that the tip not touch the eye. But I have become skilled at applying just the right amount.

I have severe glaucoma and I need muro four times daily but it's vy costly.this product is half the cost and had same ingredients and works Great

Have my doubts about this one..... Not really sure how I feel about its sterility and effectiveness. Upon receiving, the box/packaging, was not sealed or plastic wrapped nor did it have a seal on the tube itself. Being an eye product, I am surprised and makes me question if this is a legitimately made brand or a 'knock-off'. It clearly states right on the box that should have a seal. This is being used on my senior dog so he obviously can't give me any verbal feedback. Dispensing is not always easily done because being ointment, it is hard to apply without actually touching the eye.

The product works well, but I think it is overpriced. I think a customer should get 2 vials of the ointment for the price that I paid for the product. The Walmart brand is probably as good as this brand.

It is difficult to instill onto lower lid as directed. It curls up when it hits moisture %26 sits on eyelid-not beneficial! I've tried several different approaches, nothing works well-so a waste of $. i think it would work if it got into your eye as it seemed to when able to get some into eye .

Arrived on time with a hefty shipping fee. Box said don't use if imprinted seal on box is broken or if the bottom ridge on the cap is exposed... there was no imprinted seal on the box at all!!! Did they sell a multi-pack box at individual pack price??? ONLY reason I thought this might be safe to use is because the bottom ridge on the cap was not exposed. Walmart check plz check your sellers. I think I bought a multi-pack unit at the expensive one package price. Disappointed...

Item had no safety features in place. Box was not sealed, product was in open tube. I have never purchased an item that is placed in your eye without any safety features in place, there is no way I would put an open item into my eye. I put in for a return and the item was returned and a refund was given.
