I purchased this as a gift for my teen son for his poetry and other writings and he loves it.Its made of durable and high quality material showing fine detail went into it..Strong stitching and excellent grad of paper with in.It also comes with a beautiful writing pen I wanted to help stimulate with motivation while supporting his endeavors with this gift and it give me butterflies just watching my future scholar at work

I have never had a diary with a lock and combination. It's wonderful. Makes me feel like my thoughts are truly private. The pen that's included is absolutely wonderful! I wish I knew the brand of pens so that I could buy more. It's the only pen that makes my handwriting look great. Aside that the paper is smooth and of a great quality. When I run out of pages I look forward to finding inserts that fit so I can use this indefinitely. The only drawback is that the combination can be hard to set because it's not easy to see the small grooves in the metal. Aside from that it's perfect.

I didn't give this as a gift, I bought it for me to write. This diary does make me feel the motivation, as I can re-read my notes and learn. Why would I feel butterflies? I don't know? At the end of the day, this is can be a good spiral notebook too. My package delivered on time, hasn't been damaged, opened, touched. But the Walmart box it was delivered in was open, so someone was looking in the box, and wasn't supposed to.

I liked the price point (which was a sale); and the quality of the faux "leather" was pretty reasonable for the price. It came with its own pen; and a holder loop for the pen that is sewn into the journal, which was another great feature. The size of the pages and the dial lock were favourite features. It is still in fine condition since months of usage.

I purchased this diary for a teenage girl and she loves it. The quality is wonderful and it appears to be a very fancy book. You will be happy with this item.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughter for her birthday. I took and had it engraved and she absolutely loved it!! I plan on getting another one for my other granddaughter for her birthday.

I purchased this diary for my granddaughter's 14th birthday. I just thought it was something that she might enjoy… nice quality.

So I really like it the only problem is is when you try to change the locks password. It doesn't do it. It won't work. I even had the owner of the company. Send me the information I did it. I did it over and over and it still would not change the code that's the only problem. Otherwise it's nice. I have to hide it though because I have peepers here.

Nice cover and seems durable. The lock looks fancy but is a little on the cheap side. My daughter loves using it for a diary.

I ordered this locking journal as a graduation gift. No one can get it open. Several attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. What good is a locking journal if you CAN'T GET IT OPEN! Shame on the company for their deplorable customer service. I'm sorry I purchased this item and I have apologized to the graduate more than once.
