[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I particularly like the software that WEMO uses. Voice control is cool, but I really like being able to easily schedule these devices. I also use the wall switches. Having exterior lights come on at dusk and go off at sunrise, in addition to the interior lights coming on at sunset is a nice feature and particularly good when we're traveling to give the house an at-home look.

I really like that they are more compact, to better fit on outlets and extension cords where I need them without blocking use of other plugs. Simple Setup, naming and reconfiguring as needs change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 9 of these plus 3 wall switches amd 3 outdoor outlets. WeMo app worked great, but the new items that require Apple Home are causing problems. Apple Home settings are not as thorough or intuitive as the WeMo app “Rules” are/were. Neither WeMo nor Apple Home will recognize one of my 9 smart plugs factory resetting the unit and trying to reconnect at least 6 times. I have to carefully delete Rules and attempt to recreate them in Apple Home for aligning new Thread items with older items for a common rule or setting. As in my title for this, they work great when the app works…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Belkin has hung its hat on HomeKit. If you can't get HomeKit to work your screwed. I ended up having to buy a new Apple TV that worked with thread as my two other 4k Apple TVs would show up but did not work correctly. This would be 100 times better if they had their old app. I have several older Belkin switches that work with their old app which I absolutely love.

I usually like Wemo devices, I have multiple ones at home but this one is just crap. I have two of those, adding them to the app was not working, needed to add to Apple Home Kit and need to reboot at least twice a week both off them as they will either not turn on or off as scheduled.
