WEN 4214 drill press! Nice!
I couldn't be more happy to have purchased this wonderful drill press. Every thing was spot on. The chuck, laser, table angle,..etc, all were precisely set and ready to use. I simply spent 15 minutes to assemble it and was so surprised that all measurements were exact and perfect! The finish is also very nice and built with quality. I highly recommend it.

Just set it up and it seems like a really nice tool. Runs smooth, has a nice work light and laser lights for showing hole alignment.

It's exactly what I wanted; it's not the highest-quality drill press in the world, but it's excellent quality for the price.

Pleased With Purchase!
I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift so he hasn't opened it yet. However, this is a highly rated WEN drill press and it was the one he selected. I did not know Walmart sold items like this but they have a huge selection of tool items. Better yet, Walmart has the lowest price around.....better than Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon. I was really glad I shopped around and found the drill press online at Walmart. Shipping was fast and free. The box arrived dented but it appears the drill press is intact....we shall see when my husband opens it Christmas Day. I know if I have problems I can contact our local Walmart and get help.

Poor Quality Chuck
Chuck is very difficult to tighten and remove bits.

Good design but terribly weak motor
This heavy big drill press has a puny motor. The drill bit binds in wood and the J chuck falls off all the time. The motor is so weak you can forget about using this even with carbide tipped hole saws or forstner bits above one inch. I put this useless pile of junk for sale at a loss on offerup…
