Met Expectations
Setup was easy and quick. I've only had the planer for less than a week and have used it on just one board. The planer handled the nominal 10" wide board well with no apparent snipe at the ends.

WEN Planer
I liked everything about this planer except the 4 inch exhaust port did not fit my 4 inch dust collector adapter. I had to add a piece to make it work.

Cuts smooth and does the job!!!
Works great price was high from Walmart. You can get it cheaper from home improvement stores. I just got it from walmart because I needed it asap.

Just got it, but I have run some fence pickets and aged 2x4s. Works great so far! A well priced entry level thickness planer.

custom service
the blades don't last but that's to be expected. I tried to reverse the blades to the new cutting side but ran into a problem the heads started stripping from the tool that was provided so I tried calling custom service Haha Haha. after a week I got a email asking for part number so I sent the information also asked how to get the striped bolts out all I got was they must be over torqued. I got the bolts no idea how to get the striped ones out.

used one time and have spent more money fixing it than if I would of bought a high dollar machine. Gears broke on the output roller, gear box gears broke and a sprocket broke. I learned my lesson.
