Arm Locking Knob broke/jammed within 1 month.
Well, I've had this scroll saw for a one month and probably have about 8 hours on it. In that time, I started 1 project, a fretwork box that is very detailed. The saw handles wonderfully, and I WAS very happy with it, until the Arm Locking Knob broke; jammed and I cannot raise up the arm. I'm guessing it's an internal spring. Sadly, it's the weekend and WEN has NO customer support on the weekends...nice. We have 2 other WEN products that we also like a great deal, grinder and a sander. I'm hoping this defect can be resolved quickly, because I have about 60 corbels to make for a house remodel. I'll update my comments if this is resolved in a timely fashion.
