The best chain saw I have ever owned !
I bought the Wen 16 inch cordless chainsaw on 6/08/21 . It has worked flawless ! This is the best chainsaw I have ever owned and I have owned a lot . The chain tightening system on this saw is the best thing to ever happen to chainsaws ! No tools needed when the chain stretches and you need to retighten . Just turn the bar tightening wheel to the left to loosen the bar . Next , turn the vertical wheel to perfectly tighten the chain and then tighten the wheel to retighten the bar . It's so fast and easy and makes cutting wood way faster than having to retighten the chain the way we had to do for decades . With this saw there is virtually no vibration like you have with a gas chain saw . I can't use a gas saw very long before the vibration has my arms numb and itching and I have no choice but to stop . The Wen saw totally eliminates that problem ! This saw cuts fast and I've cut stumps down that I could have never cut with a gas saw . If this saw ever breaks I will buy the exact same model again . It's that good . I don't know how anyone could break anything on this saw unless they are abusing it . Read the instructions and follow them and this saw will last a long time .

Workhorse
This little saw is a workhorse. I have cut several cords of oak and juniper with it. I have owned several Stihl gas power saws in my lifetime but now that I'm getting old, this light weight, cordless saw does the trick without the gas, fumes, noise, pull cord, spark plug, spark arrestor, carb adjustments.

Don't even think about buying this thing!
Bought this in Jan. 2021. Broke a small part the 2nd time I used it (my fault, not the saw's) and tried to order a replacement part. I was told no parts are available yet because the product is "too new". Really?! This is a chainsaw and repair parts will be needed. I asked when they might have parts and was told "perhaps in the summer of 2021". I now have a 2 month old chainsaw doorstop!
