was looking for a great affordable drill, press that meets my needs but doesn't break the bank. the wen drill press it's well, made feels very sturdy and it's perfect for my dyi projects

Love this drill press.
This thing is a beast. The motor is very powerful and the drill press can handle very large items. I tested the squareness of drill with table and it was right on. This item is quite heavy and tall.

Big winner for less money.
Can't complain about this tool. It is getting a lot of use and never let me down yet. Even has the power to run big mortise jigs and bits in the hardest of woods. Only drawback I see so far is the top heavy build, so it is a must to bolt it down if you do any big stuff on it.

reasonably good tool.
it seems to be a very functional tool. the variable speed is a nice feature. one of the reasons I chose this one is that it will slow down to 550 RPM. it is good to be able to slow it down if you ever decide to drill in metal.
