Works great!
It was easy to put together & works great so far...used it for a few hours last week. Great for females...I'm 118 lbs & compared to other saws, this was a little lighter & why I purchased it.

great pole saw
have used this saw and it works as advertised, it is easy to assemble, and cuts well right through a 6 inch tree limb. great for the money.

Well worth the money.
This item is fantastic if you know what you're doing. I have had no problems with it. If you put the chain on properly it works the way it should. Have used for big and small jobs and think it is fantastic. The minor problem i had was the oil plug did not line up correctly. But all else would say working great. Bought on sale and well worth it. Highly recommend......

Wen electric pole cutter
For the price, as I didn't have too much trimming to do this was an excellent choice and it works perfectly, although I admit I installed the chain on backwards the first time but after I corrected that, no problem. I do wish, however, that the photo in the information booklet were larger then I don't believe I would have made this mistake, as in the very small photo I couldn't see how the cutting blades were to go.

Wen Electric Pole Saw-Poorly designed
I purchased a Wen pole saw, (serial number 124575-00745 8-23) via WalMart. Recently, I tried to start it for the first time. It does not work. The electrical plug frequently separates from the cord, and the chain frequently falls off. Because of this, the pole saw has never been used to cut anything. .

Do not buy doesnt even cut just sits and burns the branch what a waste of time! I was excited to get it too lol
