WEN 9-Amp 14-Inch Electric Chainsaw

i was surprised and pleased at how well this saw worked. i used it on dry and green wood (large pieces) it cut them like a champ. it's only constraints was the length of the cord.

My 40 year old American made Wen electric chain saw finally had to be replaced. I decided, based on experience and price, to buy another Wen. The new saw is not too different from the old one. It is of course now made in China and it has an automatic oiler whereas the old one had a push button to oil the chain. I tried the new one on a tree branch and found cut through the wood like it was a marshmallow.

I first bought another chain saw, which arrived damaged. I then ordered the Wen product. It arrived packaged well with good instructions. It has worked quite well in cutting trees near my house. For small to medium jobs in your yard, I recommend this saw.

I really like this one…it has been a miracle taming my inherited overgrown shrubs! Love the oil check on it too!

This is a great tool to have if you have trees in your yard. This cut through a very large tree that fail in my backyard.

4 of us tried to put this thing together. Nothing fit properly. We all have change saws, so we are familiar with them. I got this because one friend said I've had mine for years. He couldn't believe it when he tried to help put it together.
