Good Customer Service.
Happy with product and company! It arrived Early...Nice. I check things over Very Well, two issues. The course grinder wheel is out of true, just a bit. but i noticed. Bolts holding grinder to base, one very loose. So. i tighten and check all for correct tightness. Not a big deal....At that point i called the company, request new wheel, no issue. Solid customer service. I ordered a wire wheel from them on the same call. Yes, i could get it cheaper in town....good customer service deserves repeat business.

The wheels that came on the grinder were out of round. Had to replace them and it's fine now but not impressed that a brand new piece of equipment I had to replace the wheels to use it.
