perfect for my needs

Bought this ladder for my husband, he is 79 yrs. This ladder is so light weight he has no problem carrying it where he needs to. It is 8ft tall, now he can clean the gutters, no problem, He was amazed at how well made it was. I made an excellent choice for my hubby.

very good ,did have problem getting price match

I was disappointed with the aluminum ladder that I received. One of the aluminum supports was pushed in on the ladder. I tried to pull the support out but it was dented. I know I could return it, but I need the ladder now. I live in Texas, but the ladder was shipped from Oregon. I thought you would have a closer distribution point unless it shipped directly from the factory. I know it's a ladder, but it could have had some protective packaging to decrease the chance of getting damaged in shipping or being processed from the shipping point.
