Good product, found the suspension area not as reinforced. Broke after a week of useage

It's not working I put it together for my 3 year old son %26 it not working

They are absolutely awful! They state they have a 1 year warranty on their products so I wrote them when I had an issue with my battery never recharging and they claimed they don't have these accessories anymore so they can't fix it, and then refused to give me a refund for the product! A warranty is to replace the broken or defective item, if that can't not be done then a refund for the item needs to be issued. But they will claim they don't have your payment information and to contact Walmart to get help with this. They could send a check for the refund to my address that they have! But nope still always saying the customer has to do more work! They are a joke of a manufacturer and should not be allowed to sell their products if they are not going to honor their warranty they sell with their products!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my four year old. Worked for about a month, and then all the electrics went crazy. The light wouldn't turn off. Then, the sound would play non-stop until the battery died, and now it will not charge or run. I tried reaching out to the seller, and they have not responded. A complete waste of money! DO NOT BUY!!!

the 3rd time i charged this the charger broke off in the port. the seller completely blew me off, their contact information in the walmart app is incorrect, i had to get an email from walmart and they strung me along then stopped replying. i purchased the extra warranty but since its under the manufacturer warranty they wont do anything. It cost a lot more that 119$ when i bought this. For 3 charges. I do not recommend this and would not repurchase it ever.

Received a broken product. Reached out to the company for either replacement or refund. And having issues with them responding. Company asked for me to purchase screws and parts myself. Going to have to return to Walmart if no response soon. I wouldn't give a star if I didnt have to.

Stop accelerating a day after I purchased. This was a Christmas gift my son rode it all day on Christmas next day it would turn on but not accelerate

Spent 3 hrs putting it together! For my grandson 3 rd bday! It would not charge. Very disappointed. Took it back to Walmart, they told me it was a 3 rd party had to wait on the owner to give me a refund! Well going back and forth, he was just putting off not giving me a refund so I called Walmart they seen that , so Walmart took over a gave me my refund! Very bad business!!! Very rude
