The best rake I have ever bought. It features a combination of thick metal, a comfortable long handle, and maximum performance. Fast shipping and secure packaging. Don't hesitate to buy this West Bay brand! This is an excellent product—I absolutely love it.

The items were delivered in a surprisingly small box since some assembly is required for the rake and bag. Overall, I was disappointed with the assembly “instructions.” There were only photos for how to place the plastic ring that keeps the collection bag open, no written instructions. There were no instructions at all on how to attach the rake to the handle, so I used my best guess and so far, so good. The handle is three pieces and easily twists together using all three, two, or just one, depending on how long the you want the handle to be. The rake itself doesn't seem meant to be used for large projects, but has worked perfectly for what I needed. The rake head is not as wide or as long as a standard rake, so it easily fits in smaller areas like in between and under bushes and shrubs, The handled scoops were smaller than they appeared in the photos, but are about the same width of the collection bag opening. I used 4 small pieces of duct tape to make it easier to slip my gloved hands in and out of the handles. The scoops are one of the most helpful things to me, since much of what I am picking up sometimes has thorns or pickers. The bag has held up well with use and makes carrying leaves and clippings to the compost pile much easier. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. The tools make yard work a bit easier, at a fair price.

I HATE RAKING LEAVES. But this makes it so much nicer. Love the handheld rakes especially.

I love this set! I love the pick up claws! Love rake, stand up bag! I am 76 with hip problems, this helped me do my yard by myself! I really like the rake, light, easy to use. The bag, well what can you say when you don't bend over.

everything was ok ecxept the rake handle was not as pictured and the rake was not attached to the handle and the srews were missing there is a place to put screws to bottom of handle but no screws in box but a couple of srews and 2 nuts were missing

I would recommend this rake and supplies as they were fine. But delivery was horrible. Was promised next day but took 3 days to get here. But also, I ordered 4 jars of olives. They were delayed, delayed, delayed and eventually cancelled. Abysmal service. Frankly I will think twice before ordering online again and maintaining my "status" for the free delivery service.

The rake screws fell out right away and nothing I do will keep them in place. I even tried duct tape! I needed a rake and this seemed like the good deal. WHY would something NOT hold screws????. Seriously unusable but instantly loosens and falls out.

Would of been great to use but you can't when they don't send screws to put the rake together . Last time I order online for a rake

Wife used it for maybe half hour %26 the handle broke
