The alarm clock that i had for 20 years finally went kaput. all i wanted in term of a replacement is a alarm clock - no radio, no fancy and unnecessary features and buttons. but somehow, i have had a difficult time finding something simple, practical yet elegant. most of the clocks are battery powered which often means no illumination at night - a must have feature for me. then most of ones that come with a plug-in have a radio and all the other junk i do not want and are expensive. finally, after searching up and down on amazon, temu, i decided to try walmart. bingo! found this little one. it has every thing i need nothing i do not! and it is the perfect size - looks great on my night stand, and easy buttons to use. love it. so much so i bought the second one the next day.

The only reason for not giving this product a 5 is because the face glows almost too strong. When we walk into the room, it's a bit overwhelming. It's great to know the time, but it's so bright it draws our attention even if we weren't looking for the time. Its compact size and functionality are great and overall a good value for the price, but it would be nice if we could control the face intensity since it's so very, very bright, which all-in-all isn't such a bad thing.

this is a cute little clock with numbers big enough to see across the room. it actually does keep time when the power is off but you will lose about a minute for each hour the power is off. (uses battery backup). that's better than having to reset it totally each time. I'm happy with it and the price was good.

This clock is completely defective. The display stays stuck on 18:88 and never shows the correct time. None of the buttons fix it, and the alarm can't be set because the numbers never change. Very disappointed — this is unusable right out of the box.

It is VERY important that you know that that little red light next to the bell icon and the AL letters TELLS YOU IF THE ALARM IS ON!!! It took me MONTHS to figure that out since the manual only told you how to set it up. I circled it in yellow in my photo. Once you've got that information it's a really nice alarm!

I only rcently received this alarm click haven't set it up yet so cannot tal abt ut yet. It is just a sikple little alarm clock wih a lod ring so I can hear it when I'm in a dp sleep and nedd to awake when I st the alarm hopeflly it will be just as I hoe it will be.

This clock is easy to set up, easy to use, and looks great. I just love the red numerals. It also keeps time perfectly. HOWEVER, even on the HIGH setting, the alarm just does not wake me at all. I have to use a battery-powered clock, also made by Sharp, to do that.

nice little alarm clock but the alarm light does not show on the home screen. it only shows up if you press the alarm button where it shows the alarm set time.

If it was a little louder I would recommend. The button function could be a little better. But so for it's ok . 2 weekd in and I've slept over slept twice 15 minutes and woke up to it buzzing. At least it keeps buzzing. All in all it's ok . Just needs to be a tad bit louder. It has 2 settings for volume but it needs one more. If your a heavy sleeper or sleep with your head under the covers along with the TV noise. . You will have a hi chance of over sleeping with this clock.

The LED display is not red as described it is white, and this clock does not operate on 110 volt you need to have an available USB port to plug it into, it does not come with an adapter
