The Westcott 5" school pack of kids scissors with anti-microbial protection are the prefect scissors to have on hand when working with young students. I shared the pack with my sister who teachings elementary and she loved the idea of the anti-microbial feature keeping all of her students healthy. We craft with grandkids on Saturdays, so this 12 pack of Wescott School scissors are really great. They are a good fit for little hands and safe for them to use. It is an added bonus with the Anti-Microbial protection since they all share the scissors. We love the bright assorted colors to choose from. Purchased for school drive at work. Request was for 10 but this came as a set with holder in fun colors for students and upgraded to this. Super cute and hope it helps the kids be creative in class.

Perfect for little hands with no accidents of poking fingers with sharp ends and getting hurt! Covers the basic cutting needs for light crafts (like paper and fabric) with decent cutting blades. Doesn't work as well on thicker cardboard. The anti-microbial is a nice add-on to keep things clean while sharing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I had to share the wealth and get a classroom to test the product, it worked out well for the 4th grade classroom I shared with. The teacher was grateful for the product. The kids liked choosing a color of scissor to use cutting construction paper. The teacher liked how easy they are to store and seem to have the durability to last a few seasons in her classroom. Very cheaply made. Break easily. Thin plastic handles. Not very sturdy
