These are nice and exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased these specifically to use for docking Boxer puppy tails. I was very surprised and pleased with how sharp they are. They docked the tails like a hot knife through butter. Highly recommend for any use!

I have made multiple attempts to cut the media with these, but unfortunately, Fox news and CNN still are on my TV. Ha, I kid! Easy to handle large finger holes for its size and length. Excellent heavy duty cutting edges with notch for cutting small pieces of wire if needed. Cuts easily through 1/8th inch rope and any material less thick than that. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I popped these scissors out of the package and immediately started cutting up the packaging. I fell in love with these stubby crafting scissors. They cut the cardboard and plastic with ease. The blades are short and thick, giving them power and stability cutting through difficult materials. As a crafter, I cut through paper, fabric, heavy vinyl and seatbelt webbing on daily basis. This is an interesting pair of scissors. They are great for snipping stems in the garden and cut weed wacker string cleanly and easily. As far as crafting goes, these little scissors can cut through flexible magnet sheets like its butter. They are awesome for cutting through leather, plastic, corduroy, denim and other thick, heavy items. My main complaint is that the handles are very small and uncomfortable to hold on to if I am making a cut more than an inch or so long. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I owned many Westcott non stick scissors but this one is my least favorite. The blade is too short and gives a blunt cut. The shape and size are bulky and not easy to use.
