I used this to trim plastic pieces at work. We had xacto knifes at work, but the handle was so darn small around that after clinging to it for a while my fingers were cramping. This is one product that has a permanent place in my crafting collection. It's not too skinny which allow for a firm grip.

The no-slip grip is especially rewarding as it allows you to have a better grip as you are making detailed cuts the first time. Love the cap to protect fingers when put back into the drawer.

I have been working on a large decorative papercut piece with a regular metal #11 blade knife and was really having a hard time with my hand cramping. It was also really easy for the knife to slip and to make the wrong cut. I saw this cushioned hobby knife in a store the other day and thought I'd give it a try. What a difference it made! I am able to work a lot longer without discomfort and am nearly finished with the project. It also makes very neat, clean cuts. Very nice product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits well in your hand, you can hold it for an extended time and your hand is not horribly sore. I like the case it is still sturdy. It would be better if you could have other color choices as this one did not stand out.

Blades swap out simply and seem to stay firmly in place making precise cuts easy to accomplish. The protective cap also stays firmly attached. All in all a nice package.
