I'm using this card in my security camera DVR. It has plenty of room for storage of the recorded events. I'm having no trouble with it and I'm happy with it.

I bought this for my lorext doorbell camera. I think i will have half a year of clips saved before this gets filled. It is a very good memory card!

How can something so small store that much data? This card is the size of your baby fingernail It's amazing that it holds all that data!

I purchased four. I installed one into my surveillance camera. The camera did not detect the micro card. I also inserted the card into my computer. Still the micro card was not detected. I then installed a different micro card. The camera did detect it. Beware when purchasing multiple – to have on hand when needed. WD Purple is selling cards, which are blank / not detectible / are defective. Now I have just donated $65.00 to Walmart and WD Purple. I am being very serious and honest with this review. WD does not care, and you will be sorry sooner or later. So, if you can afford to give away money, then go ahead and spend the wheel – gamble your dollars away.

1 of the 4 microSD cards I ordered would not work in my camera. Would not format. The camera didn't even recognize it was installed.
