Western Digital 6TB WD Red Plus NAS SATA HDD, 3.5" Internal Hard Drive HDD, 5400 RPM, 256MB Cache, CMR - WD60EFPX

I chose this over the Black version because I didn't need the top speed and wanted something that would spin down when idle and would be very quiet in operation. This is exceptionally quiet, is working fine, and has a good reputation. I'm using it as a single internal drive, not NAS.

They had a great price on the drives and arrived quickly. I had bought the same ones from Amazon for more. These actually came sealed in original boxes. Amazon ones were sealed in static bags and wrapped in some not so great bubble wrap 😅 (listing said new, but seems like it should have called that out on the listing. Maybe I missed it but the Walmart one was a better purchase)

Absolutely the best purchase available anywhere. Walmart Really stepped up their e-commerce since rhe Who Knew campaign. I am finding awesome products at best prices anywhere. I am very happy with this product. It was so easy to make operational and I trust the brand for reliability. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to express my appreciation.

The only issue I have with product is that I didn't know NAS drives made each drive the same storage size as the smallest memory drive in the enclosure, to this honesty great drive on its own would be lovely but would cut my storage in half.

Bought it to put in a uGreen NAS, and it works exactly as expected for that purpose. I don't notice any kind of lag or difference between using this drive through the NAS or using an internal drive on my computer.

Excellent Hard Drive for my NAS. It was recognized right away in my UGreen DH2300 and work flawlessly

It's a fine drive for what it is, ordered 3 of these and 1 showed up DOA and had to return. With drive prices the way they are this was the cheapest at the time. Data point this was 214.99 on 3/5/26.

I never received the item ordered. They attempted delivery to my business at 11:39 PM and when unsuccessful it was returned to Walmart. Customer service would not ship it back to me at my home address and said it had to be a new order and when they tried to process the new order the price had gone up over $100 . They would not honor the original order price so I did not complete the purchase.

Ordered a 4tb drive. DOA. Ordered another 4tb to replace the one that was DOA. ONLY TO GET ANOTHER DOA DRIVE. CHECKED IN 2 DIFFERENT BIOS, DIFFERENT CABLE %26. DIFFERENT OS. 0/2 ALL DOA DRIVES, ORDERED AT SEPARATE TIMES. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. *******DO NOT BUY******

"Despite the website showing in stock and next day delivery, 48 hours after placing my order, the product still has not shipped. The status on my Orders page has not progressed beyond order ""Placed"" and it's still showing a delivery date of ********* by 10 PM which was 24 hours ago. AI Agent has no information beyond order is delayed and hasn't ship. This is the second order in row from Walmart.com where the delivery date is missed
