Post Oak Smoking Chips
I only smoke my beef products with post oak chips. It gives the meat the best flavor.

Nice smoke flavor from this wood
Wow! I had never heard of this wood but read good things about it. We smoked a brisket and wow the smoke flavor was good.

Mild and delicious
My husband asked me to pick this up for him. We haven't cooked with the Post Oak before though we've used other Western flavors. Not sure what "Post" oak is, but let me tell you - the flavor was so mild and delicious. We will definately be using this all summer.

Misleading
In the description it says 6 x 180, meaning you should get 6 bags of 180 cu. I got one measly bag for this price. Returning and getting a better deal elsewhere.
