Westin 56-534025 HDX Drop Wheel to Wheel Nerf Step Bars

Love the look so far, don't know about the longevity. Not the easiest to install with the wheel to wheel, standard length would be much easier. Directions are not very straight forward with the two additional connections for the extra length. Do feel very sturdy. There are four slightly shorter screws that must be used or the extra length will dent the outside of the bar. Too expensive but I didn't have any other options I liked. Hope they hold up!

Great looking wheel to wheel running board. Directions for attaching the back bracket by bed were not clear at all, but overall easy installation. Love the look and more ‘square' frame of these than others

Love them! Not only do they look tough but they are tough! Installed myself. The first one took a little while but, once I figured it all out it was really easy! Other wheel to wheel bars I've seen don't mount to the bed. The HDX drop steps have a monster bracket that can flex making it durable and functional! There were a lot of options to choose from and I'm confident I chose the best

Nice product. Not very easy to install. Especially the bracket under the DEF tank. The instructions were not very good. The drill bit size is incorrect and the riv nut process was very vague. Need to put a washer between the tool and the bolt and add some lubricant for a better crimp. But once installed they look good and are pretty stout. Changes the whole look of the truck and I like it! Thanks

I read a lot of reviews but seldom write one. In this case I thought it would be prudent with only 3 reviews to date. Start with the good. Product looks great and was the correct length for my 2019 Silverado dually. Delivery is slow. It is shipped freight, not parcel, due to weight. Took 2 weeks. Manufacturer states product must be inspected prior to signing but shipper will not allow opening box for inspection. Instructions are vague at best and parts where mislabeled. There are 4 brackets each side with one extra for an different vehicle. DEF tank adds another level of complication, but did not need to be removed. Bed brackets require removal of bed bolts and install of new bracket (included). Torque specifications resulted in braking first bolt, so ignored those directions. I'm pretty handy, but this took be over 4 hours each side. Definitely a mechanics install preferred. In the end, very satisfied with the look.

both sides are rusted and they only lasted one winter. I'm a truck driver and always washed it before I left. I never let any salt sit on the truck and they still only lasted a year!
