Westinghouse 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner & Dehumidifier with Smart App, for Rooms Up to 450 sq ft

It gets really cold. The only thing I will say about this is when it does turn off once it reaches the temperature. It is very loud if you're a light sleeper, it would probably wake you up as it does me from time to time. I think the best feature for this product is being able to turn it on and off from the app.

As advertised. Worked withing 30 mins from unboxing. easy installation and they provide more guided directions online. The fan can be loud at times. Overall very satisfied.

this is my third portable room air conditioner and by far the best. Love everything about it. And it cools so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

So far 5 out of 5 stars! It's only been a day that I've had it but so far it's the most powerful little portable air conditioner I've ever came across thus far.

I bought this Westinghouse 14,000 BTU Portable A/C Unit about a month ago it easily cools a 700 SF office the controls are simple to understand gets very cold the remote makes things east to change settings when needed I'm glad I choose Westinghouse Thanks D. Connolly

The installation took 2 hours and the parts for the sliding glass window were too small which required the handyman to add additional things to make it fit in the window. The unit works well so far but the Wi-Fi still won't connect and I have a service call in and they said it would take 3-5 days for answer as to how to hook up the Wi-Fi. I tried to hook it up using the Westinghouse App but it won't connect at all. It won't pair up to the smartphone.

I was very pleased with this AC unit, until it decided to quit in the heat of July. The fan blows air but not necessarily cold air. Feels and sounds like the condenser isn't kicking on . Every morning, I have to unplug it, let it sit an hour or so, then plug it back in and hope for the best. I haven't found any info for that in that manual. The filters have been cleaned, the tiny amount of water was drained,,, still nothing. I'll be calling the warrantee people tomorrow.

did not work from the beginning, called Westinghouse, they were so rude was no help to us, told us we had to send a video of the setup, which it was already setup, told us someone would call, never did just horrible to deal with. we took it back to walmart to return, took us 3 weeks to get refund. what a horrible experience

Replacement unit. Does not cool a room five times smaller than the rating. The room never gets below 80 degrees and the unit is set at 77 degrees. I tried cooler but to no avail. Does the same as the first unit. Sent pictures of installation and room size. Not happy at all.

I don't know in the beginning. It worked fine for a couple days and the temperature went up outside and it has to be drained every hour and sometimes it doesn't even even last an hour like I understand if it's hot out you know it's gonna have to be drained, but I didn't think it would have to be drained every hour. That's an awful lot I do like your products and I'm not saying the air conditioner doesn't keep my air my house cool it does but not it's counterproductive if I have to keep training and turning it off every hour to drain it
