Easy installation
Installation was easy with the backup pump already connected to the main pump. Instructions were easy to read. Pumps seem very solid.

Nice pumps but add an external check valve!
Pumps and system looks very well made, easy installation. Some fittings were loose so I recommend like anything you buy make sure you check all plumbing fittings, and clamps. After I installed it later that evening I heard the pipe outside of house making a gurgling noise and pump was running a lot. Upon inspection I found both check valves in the pumps not going back shut after a water cycle and water flowing back into hole when pump shut off so I added an inline check valve on the main discharge line above the pumps. Probably a good idea to just add one. All good now, just hope it lasts for 8 years at least.
