Just bought this Westinghouse cordless mower and I couldn't be happier! It handled my medium-sized yard with ease and didn't lose power once. It's surprisingly lightweight and quiet. Definitely went above and beyond what I expected!
Works great in the yard I really picks up the dead grass.
Does a great job dethatching! Needs a bigger catch bag.
No Batteries or charger came with the mower, so very stressful in trying to deal directly with mfg. to try to resolve issue. Followed instructions and called customer support. Clerk barely spoke English, very difficult to understand, no resolution, still waiting. Mower is absolutely useless with no power source and no resolution. Avoid this purchase.
Ordered this item and was missing parts. Tried getting ahold of customer service and they requested a video of opening everything proving pieces were missing. Did that and still haven't heard anything. It's been 2 weeks.
